Buy Offer

Create a buy offer on the DEX
Enter the details for the asset to be sold.
Enter details for the asset to be bought.
Enter the price per 1 buying asset .
Enter the offer ID. Leave blank for a new offer.
Enter the amount of assets you are buying. Zero (0) will delete the offer.
Select the source account (optional).
If you want the operation to be sent later, click on "Save", to add it to the operations queue and you are done.
To submit the operation to the network now, continue with the steps below.
Click on "Send".
Then build and sign the transaction.
Submit the transaction.
To edit an existing offer, you need the offer ID
