Forgot Password

In the event that you forget your password, you can regain access to your account by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.

This option is will only work if you have your recovery password.

Resetting your password will involve 4 steps described below.

Step 1: Enter your recovery passwords

You will be presented with a form containing 5 inputs. Enter your recovery passwords, one in each input box as shown below and click on "Next"

If the passwords are correct, you will be allowed to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Change your password

Enter your new password and confirm it.

Enter valid passwords and click on "Next"

Step 3: Recover Account

Click on the "Recover" button. This will reset your password and generate a new recovery password for you.

Step 4: Save new recovery password

Copy the new recovery password to a safe place and click on "Continue". You will be prompted to login.
